You must be at least 18 years old to commission Panthera Palm LLC.

Panthera Palm will not use trademarked characters, intellectual property, or original characters owned by someone other than the client in the commission.

Panthera Palm retains publishing rights for the commission. We may use the commission for marketing or promotional material (business cards, for example). The client may NOT use it for commercial purposes, including but not limited to making prints of the commission for profit.

 

We will keep you updated about the status of your commission through e-mail. We will show you the sketch and wait for approval before inking and coloring. We allow alterations to the sketch before coloring has started. All major alterations after the sketch has been approved will incur an additional fee at the discretion of Panthera Palm.

 

Prices are in USD. We use Square for payment processing and will send the client an invoice. Invoice must be paid by the client before we start work on the commission.

Panthera Palm has the right to cancel the commission at any time with a full refund given. If a cancellation is requested by the client before work has been started, a full refund will be given. If work has already been started, a partial refund will be given. Refunds will not be given for completed work.

Completion time varies due to complexity of the work and our schedule. Any deadlines must be discussed before ordering, so we can plan accordingly.

Upon sending Panthera Palm payment for a commission, you, the client, are agreeing to these terms of service.
